Lettings Negotiator

We urgently require an experienced Lettings Negotiator to join our dynamic and hardworking team. The successful candidate must be highly motivated and driven, with a proven track record within the property industry, with the ability to close!

We are looking for a team player with good enthusiasm and energy. You will need to have impeccable people skills and be polished in your presentation. Operating in a very busy office environment, coping extremely well under pressure whilst remaining calm and focused at all times. Organisational skills are key in this role along with good PC skills. 

Duties of the Lettings Negotiator role will include:

  • Registering applicants
  • Matching properties to applicants needs
  • Conducting viewings
  • Negotiating - Closing deals
  • Canvassing of new properties
  • Account managing our current portfolio of Landlords
  • Identifying and making contact with potential new customers and business opportunities

The successful candidate will possess the following qualities:

  • A minimum of 12 months experience within the property industry
  • Able to demonstrate a successful track record in meeting and exceeding targets
  • Full UK Driving Licence is essential/ preferably own vehicle

Salary of the Lettings Negotiator will be discussed on application but this role has exceptional earning potential for hungry, money motivated and determined candidates. Benefits include private healthcare after one year of employment, 20 days holiday with an additional day added after each year of employment, use of the company car, overseas Christmas party and numerous social events.
