We have built strong relationships with our property owners, and
we are committed to ensuring that properties are well maintained
and furnished (some properties are provided unfurnished) for the
benefit of tenants.
Once you have found a suitable property, prior to moving in the
following administration procedure will be required.
STUDENT LETS –
- Provide a UK based guarantor letter (ideally from a parent)
- Payment of a £65 admin fee (to cover cost of credit/reference
checking and guarantor completion)
- Provide a reference from a previous landlord / letting agent
(wherever possible)
- Payment of a damage deposit and the first month’s rent.
- Completion of an Assured Shorthold Tenancy Agreement.
- Complete a standing order form for rental payments
PROFESSIONAL LETS –
- Provide employment details so a reference can be obtained
- Payment of a £100 administration fee (to cover cost of
credit/reference checking)
- Provide personal details / previous addresses so a credit check
can be made
- Provide a reference from a previous landlord / letting agent
(wherever possible)
- Payment of a damage deposit and the first month’s rent.
- Completion of an Assured Shorthold Tenancy Agreement.
- Complete a standing order form for rental payments
