1 double room available in a 3 bedroom student house. Sharing with 2 female students, one 3rd year and one 2nd year - both very welcoming and friendly, regularly have house nights in together and going out occassionally but are also very conscious of work loads and are very respectful. 

The room is furnished with a double bed, pine wardrobe, desk & chair. Located just off Coombe Road off the main Lewes Road in Brighton. Close to train station and bus stops which are very regular to town and Uni vampus. Bills are not included in rent.
