MTM Property Services are experts in ‘buy-to let’ property and all the associated regulations and legislation.

Tenancy Deposit Schemes - We are members of the ‘Mydeposits’ insurance based scheme, and can answer any questions you may have about the scheme.

Landlord Licensing and HMO Registration – the company work closely with Brighton and Hove Council – Private Sector Housing. We have undergone the process involved with licensing ‘Houses of Multiple Occupancy’ numerous times, and are most knowledgeable regarding all aspects of the work likely to be required.

All of our properties have a current Energy Performance Certificate and Gas Safety Certificate, and most (although not law, but recommended) have a recognised Electrical Safety Certificate (invariably NICEIC).
