Our team

The MTM team has over 25 years combined experience within the lettings and property management industry, and is run by graduates who are current landlords. This mixture of experience and knowledge is reflected in the exceptional service we offer both client and tenant.

	Toby Hamilton, Company Director Toby graduated from Brighton University with a Business Studies degree in 1996. During his time at University he became a student landlord and has added to his portfolio regularly throughout the last 13 years. He founded the company in 2004.
	Leon Mepham, Manager Leon has a Biomedical Science degree from Brighton University. Having recently graduated, he joined the company in 2005 as its first employee. He now runs a successful and growing company managing the team and office in general.
	Gemma Case, Administration Manager Gemma joined the company in 2006 with no lettings experience, but with a passion to learn and further her career.  She now overseas the administration, maintenance and smooth running of over 200 properties.
	Charlotte Rogers, Marketing Administrator Charlotte previously worked within the mortgage industry and joined the company in 2009. She works closely with Gemma and is responsible for the marketing of the company in order to facilitate its continued growth and presence within the Brighton lettings industry.
	Hannah Williams, Administrator Hannah graduated from Sussex University in 2004 with a degree in English Language. Having spent 5 years working in the publishing industry she joined the company in 2010 and is now putting her literacy and marketing skills to use working as part of the administration team.
	Stuart Ray, Accounts Stuart joined the company in 2009 and brought a wealth of knowledge and experience with him acquired through a variety of previous employment. He’s also a Business Studies graduate from Anglia University.  His role at MTM is to oversee all tenant deposits, rent payments and company/contractor invoices.
	Simon Jeffries, Lettings Manager Simon joined the company in 2007 having previously worked for his family business. He is ultimately responsible for dealing with our many landlords and ensuring that all our properties are let.  He has recently passed a Council fire regulations course and is an expert in ‘HMO properties’, working closely with Brighton & Hove City Council.
	Alex Cobb, Letting Agent Alex joined the company in 2008 and is currently finishing his Business BTECH National Diploma at Brighton City College. He conducts many viewings of our properties and is most knowledgeable in all aspects of renting accommodation in the Brighton area.
	Charlotte Pattinson, Letting Agent Charlotte graduated in 2009 with an Applied Psychology and Criminology degree. She recently joined the company and has already proved to be a real asset and an integral part of the lettings team.
