Proactive Inventories Proactive Inventories is an independent company specialising in creating detailed property inventories. Proactive have many clients across the south ranging from private landlords, letting agents, corporate relocation companies and even Brighton & Hove City Council. All the clerks wear uniform and identification, and are trained to the A.I.I.C guidelines. Reports are audited and accredited, and the company voluntarily follows a strict code of practice from the governing body, the association of independent inventory clerks. Proactive also carry out accompanied tenant check in reports, mid tenancy inspections and accompanied tenant check out reports. Townsend Electrical Townsend Electrical has built an excellent working relationship with MTM and its landlords over the past 5 years of working together.  They operate in Sussex and tackle all domestic electrical works such as the installation of extractor fans, electric showers and fire/smoke alarms.  They will undertake larger jobs including full property re-wiring, PAT testing, periodic inspections and all electrical works related to the registration of Houses of Multiple Occupancy (HMO).  Much of the work Townsend Electrical undertakes has been assessed and passed by surveyors from Brighton & Hove council.  They hold certificates in Part P Domestic Installation and strictly meet all wider governmental standards highlighted by NICEIC.
Domestic Appliances Services Domestic Appliance Services (D.A.S.) are a family run company based in the Brighton and Hove area. They have been in business for fifteen years and have been working with MTM since it was established five years ago. DAS repair and maintain all white goods and most electrical items intended for domestic use. However they specialise in washing machines, tumble driers, refrigerators and freezers. DAS have qualifications and certificates in area such as ACRID refrigeration and City and Guilds Training in White Goods.
Plum heating & plumbing engineers Plum Heating is especially successful in the specialized field of emergency boiler repairs in Brighton and surrounding areas of Sussex. Plum pride ourselves on services to private and corporate clients. I.J.M Maintenance I.J.M is a Sussex based family run business which was established in 1985. I.J.M provides an expansive range of services and is part of a vast network of highly trained contractors who can tackle any domestic maintenance or home improvements. They specialise in extensions, conversions and new builds and have impressively converted many of the properties on MTM’s books.  I.J.M has built an exceptionally good relationship with the managing director of MTM over the past 15years and carries out all maintenance and conversions on his personal properties.  I.J.M has been working with MTM since it was established five years ago and supplies valued support including a 24hr emergency call out service.
GB Gardens GB gardens are based in East Sussex but work primarily in Brighton and the surrounding areas. They provide general gardening, landscaping and rubbish removal services. GB has been in business for eight years and has worked with MTM for five of those. MTM use GB for all our gardening needs and use them specifically for fence and patio repairs.
New and Secondhand Discount Furniture New and used discount furniture has 14 years of experience within the furniture business. Their shop is excellently situated along the Lewes Road, which is very central to many of our properties and offers a shop front to go and view items before purchase. They have a wide selection of new and high quality used furniture. They specialise in affordable beds, desks, sofas and wardrobes for landlords and students. New and Used Discount furniture also provide a removal and disposal service for unwanted furniture.
