FULL MANAGEMENT
£200 Administration fee per tenancy + 14% fee pcm
Ideal for landlords that require a full and comprehensive management.
Our extensive range of services includes:
- Extensively marketing your property
- Finding suitable tenants
- Collecting references (from employers and previous landlords)
of prospective tenants
- Performing credit checks where applicable on prospective tenants
- Providing tenancy agreements and inventories
- Collecting damage deposits and rent throughout the tenancy and
pursuing any arrears
- Arranging repairs / improvements and liaising with contractors
as required
- Carrying out periodic inspections of the property (as agreed)
- Providing an optional rent guarantee scheme if required by the
landlord.
- Providing guarantor letters where applicable (e.g. parents/guardians
of a student tenant as guarantor)
- Ensuring that all utility bills and council taxes are settled
at the end of the tenancy
- 'Checking-out' tenants at the end of the tenancy; reviewing
the inventory and agreeing any damage/repairs required.

PART MANAGEMENT

Ideal for landlords that require the same level of service as the
“Full Management” package , however, there are some
aspects of the property and it’s management that you still
want to pursue. This may be the rent collection or its’ maintenance.
After an initial consultation, offering advice on how best to perform
your role with the property, we will put together a tailored package
to best suit your needs.

RENT COLLECTION & MANAGEMENT WITH EXISTING TENANTS

Ideal for landlords that require the same level of service as the
“Full Management” package however they want to oversee and organise maintenance for the property.
After an initial consultation ensuring the tenancy agreements,
relevant “checks” and deposits are in place and correct,
you can sit back and relax as we take over the management of your
property.
