LANDLORD SERVICES

Our dedicated team will provide a flexible and complete range of property management services, specialising in student accommodation in the Brighton area. We will ensure that you receive the best financial and managerial property services in the market.

If you choose MTM Property Services Ltd you will be assigned an account manager who you will deal with directly, this allows us to build a good rapport with you and individually get a feel for your specific needs. We feel this is important so you don't end up speaking to an anonymous member of staff who may not know everything about your property/s or requirements.

All of our rentals are on a full 12 month contract with no summer concessions for students, unless otherwise requested. With student lets we will always obtain a UK based Guarantor for each student or demand a minimum of 4 months rent in advance.

Full Management
You effectively become a profitable ‘silent owner’ of your investment property! Sourcing suitable tenants, rent collection and maintaining the property will all be provided in a thorough and efficient manner.

Part Management
You enjoy all the benefits of full property management, however, there are some aspects of the property and its management that you still want to pursue. This may be the rent collection or its maintenance and we will put together a tailored package to suit your needs.

Rent Collection and Management with Existing Tenants
You already have tenants and an agreement in place, and you want to enjoy the benefits of letting someone else manage your property. This is particularly attractive to landlords who now want to detach themselves from their property.

As well as offering our 3 levels of property management services, MTM also offers 3 additional property services for properties in the Brighton area:

• Consulting & Advice - for prospective landlords wanting information and first-hand knowledge about the benefits of property investment, and how to maximise opportunities
• Finding Tenants – for landlords who wish to provide their own property management, but need assistance in finding suitable tenants.
• Finding Properties - for individuals who want to invest in the Brighton area but do not have the time to look for property
