"Simon was very instrumental in helping me rent out one of my properties which we intended to market to executives at a higher rate than normal. However he correctly predicted that there was a market for students where parents are happy to pay a premium over and above traditional costs to feel confident their children are well housed and in a good neighbourhood. So it was to my welcome suprise that 'rough diamond' Simon, came up with a full house, to fill all 5 rooms, within 24 hours!! He did all the paperwork overnight and just hours later all was signed and deposits taken. 'Job Done' as they say! Other agents were promising but never compleating!
