MTM's dedicated team will provide a flexible and complete range of Landlord property services. We will ensure that you receive the best financial and lettings management service in the market. 

The company offers three levels of service:

Full Property and Tenant Management

Ideal for landlords that require a full and comprehensive service that enables you to completely detach yourself from the running of your investment property.
This package includes:

  • An initial free market appraisal and advise on rent levels, décor and furnishing
  • Extensively marketing your property (to-let board, internet and local press)
  • Finding suitable tenants
  • Collecting references (from employers and previous landlords/agents) of prospective tenants
  • Performing credit checks where applicable on prospective tenants
  • The completion of a tenancy agreement and standing order mandate
  • Obtaining guarantor letters where applicable (e.g. student tenants or low income professionals)
  • Providing a thorough third party inventory complete with photographs, coupled with an accompanied check in/out of the property
  • Collecting and registering a damage deposit in line with the tenancy deposit scheme
  • Rent collection throughout the tenancy
  • Arranging repairs / improvements and liaising with contractors as required
  • Carrying out periodic inspections of the property
  • Ensuring that council tax and all utility bills are settled at the end of the tenancy
  • Overseeing the return of the deposit less any appropriate deductions.

Let and Rent Collection

You will enjoy all the above benefits of full management, however the tenants will contact and liaise with you directly regarding all maintenance issues.

Our management fees will be reduced for the 'fully managed' and ‘Let and rent collect’ services for multiple properties.

Tenant Introduction and Letting Service

This is ideal for landlords that need assistance in finding tenants but thereafter wish to deal with all aspects of property management themselves.
This service includes:
