Rent is calculated on a calendar monthly basis. For example:
If your rent is £90pw and you have taken a 4 bed house, the monthly rent will be £1560pcm.
(£90 x 4 x 52) / 12 = £1560
You take the weekly rent, multiply it by the 4 tenants in the house, multiply that by 52 (weeks), then divide that by 12 (months).
