1. FREE Consultancy & Advice
A member of our team will meet you at your convenience to discuss at length your personal situation and offer thorough advice using terminology and existing case studies that you will find easy to understand. “Rental yields”, “Loan to value”, “Equity drawdown”, “Capital Gains Tax” amongst others will be terms that if not fully understood, will be after our consultation with our experts.

We will discuss every aspect of property investment, where to buy and its’ potential demand, type of property, even how to decorate. You will receive impartial advice as we are not trying to sell you a house or mortgage!

2. Finding tenants - 2 Weeks rent per tenant + Admin fee:
Ideal for landlords that need assistance in finding tenants but wish to deal with all other aspects of property management themselves. To ensure that you find the most suitable tenants we:

Extensively market the property
Find suitable tenants
Manage the reference and credit check stages
Collect guarantor letters if applicable (student lets)
Collect the first months rent and damage deposit
Provide tenancy agreements and inventories

3. Finding Properties - £250 (minimum) Admin fee + ½% upon completion
Ideal for individuals who want to buy, for either investment or personal reasons, but do not have the time to look for a suitable property. Although we tailor specific solutions for each of our clients, some of the standard services we offer are:

Compiling a thorough property specification document
Sending extensive details of suitable properties
Conducting initial viewings and sending video images of relevant properties to you
