About us

MTM Property Services work extensively within the local community.  We have good relations with various departments at Brighton and Hove Council.  Additionally with the Bevendean Local Action Team (LAT), Brighton & Sussex University Housing, and Sussex Police.

In recent years we have participated in numerous meetings, to discuss several issues including the effects of student population growth in residential areas (‘Studentification’).  How students can positively integrate into local communities and what measures can be put in place to help minimise any negative affects.

MTM Property Services was short listed for the 2007 Sussex Business Awards – “Best new Business”. Unfortunately we did not reach the final but this is still something we are naturally very proud of.

We have achieved excellent growth and success every year, and hope to continue this trend by delivering a first class service to all whom we work with.
