MTM Property Services Ltd was established in 2004 and is widely perceived to be the market leader in the provision of student accommodation for the Brighton area.

We are situated on the Lewes Road, in the heart of Brightons’ student community. Our large and varied portfolio of over 200 properties is predominantly located throughout the most popular student areas of Brighton (Hanover, Lewes Road, London Road, and Bevendean). These range from studio flats to nine bedroom properties and are invariably fully-furnished.

In addition to this, we provide numerous properties throughout Brighton and Hove more suited to the ‘professionals’ market.

Our core values are integrity, flexibility and understanding. This, coupled with extensive local market knowledge enables us to provide a first class service to both tenant and landlord.

The director of the business has been a landlord for over 15 years with experience in all aspects of ‘buy-to-let’ and property investment / management.

Over fifty percent of the company workforce are graduates (the owner and manager both from Brighton University) so we also understand thoroughly the process of finding student accommodation. Thus ensuring its’ made as easy as possible for you.

MTM Property Services is a member of UKALA (UK Association of Letting Agents) and the NLA (National Landlord Association). This enables us to keep fully up to date with any industry developments and legislation, and property news in general.

The company are also members of ‘Mydeposits’ tenancy deposit registration scheme and strictly adhere to all other industry regulations including ‘Houses of Multiple Occupation’ and landlord licensing. We also work closely with an independent inventory company who provide an extensive photographic inventory of the property along with an accompanied check-in / out.
