MTM Property Services Ltd was established in 2004 and is widely perceived to be the market leader in the provision of student accommodation for the Brighton area.

Our office is situated on the Lewes Road, in the heart of Brighton's student community. The company's large and varied portfolio of over 250 properties is predominantly located throughout the most popular student areas of Brighton (Hanover, Lewes Road, London Road, and Bevendean). These range from studio flats to nine bedroom properties and are invariably fully-furnished.

In addition to this, MTM provides numerous properties throughout Brighton and Hove more suited to the ‘professionals’ market.

The director of the business has been a landlord for over 15 years with experience in all aspects of ‘buy-to-let’ and property investment / management.

Over fifty percent of the company's workforce are graduates (the owner and manager both from Brighton University) so we also understand thoroughly the process of finding student accommodation, thus ensuring it's made as easy as possible for you.
