We would like to thank all of our landlords who completed a questionnaire for us for the ESTA’s (an industry award). We’re delighted to announce that, collectively our landlords gave us a 95% client satisfaction rating and that we were shortlisted for Best Letting Agency (Single Office) in the South East.

MTM Property Services Ltd was established in 2004 and is widely perceived to be the market leader in the provision of student accommodation for the Brighton area.

Our office is situated on the Lewes Road, in the heart of Brighton's student community. The company's large and varied portfolio of over 300 properties is predominantly located throughout the most popular student areas of Brighton (Hanover, Lewes Road, London Road, and Bevendean). These range from studio flats to nine bedroom properties and are invariably fully-furnished.

In addition to this, MTM provides numerous properties throughout Brighton and Hove more suited to the ‘professionals’ market.
